Well done to the student leaders of the Philanthropy and Interact clubs for organising the Bake-a-thon on Wednesday May 20 this year.
Looks like everyone in attendance had a great time enjoying the delicious baked goods.
Thank you to Philanthropy coordinator Mr Liam McManus who was most likely the official taster of the delicacies on display!
As a small gesture of appreciation from Bags for Earth and Science Inc for the Bake-a-thon fundraiser, Melbourne Girls' College was given 4 Australian native plants for the school.
Senior Philanthropy Captain, Audrey Mitchell, and Middle School Philanthropy Captain, Arianna Whitfield, received the plants on behalf of Melbourne Girls' College and together with their helper, Maxie Godby Daley, they planted the 4 pot plants.
Thank you to sponsors Town and Country Gardens nursery on High Street, Malvern for providing us with the 4 beautiful plants.
